We're a small, family-run business so will always strive to support - and at the same time we have to stay on afloat. Hence there will always be some penalty; get in contact and we will work out the best we can...
I want a refund...
We generally never refund - however if you are self-funded and in some hardship; then minus a percentage may be refunded - but please think very hard - we overall strive for zero refunds. Your seat is fully transferable to a friend at any time (best option).
We want the trainer at our offices please...

That can be setup - send us a message and we will do everything we can to help in any way whatsoever. Note that we're unable to pay the hotel without advance payment for it. Contact us so we can help make your trip relaxing so you can focus on the learning part.
